A two-story family home built entirely in structural timber, a few minutes from the coast. The brief asked for a house that handles salt air, southern storms, and decades of use without losing its character.
The envelope is a sealed system: DuPont moisture barrier under the floors, Isover mineral wool in every wall, vapor barrier and OSB sheathing above. 120 m² delivered in eight months — on the date we named at the first meeting.
